Colours of our Products
We have tried to show colours as accurately as possible but as all computers have different settings they may vary slightly. So if you are unsure please order sample bags of the foundation to check the shade.
Cancelling Orders
If you decide to cancel your order before we have sent your items, please inform us via email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled without charge.
If you decide to cancel after your order has been sent to you or after receiving it please: - Inform us by email and we will advise you of the address to return the items to. - The items must be returned unused and unopened with the seals intact to receive a refund. For hygiene, we will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been opened or used or is not in the exact condition in which it was sent by us. Foundation samples cannot be returned or refunded.
Please use recorded delivery or a similar with insurance which will cover the value of the items should they be lost in transit. We do not refund the cost of returning the items. Your refund will be credited to your account within 5 days of receiving the returned goods.
Confirmation of your Order
We will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order with us.
We do not accept repeat orders for the same colour samples as these are sold to help you find the correct shade(s) for your skin. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions, therefore we reserve the right to decline any order.

Payment
Payment is made via Paypal. Your payment will be debited from your account before we send your items to you.
Prices
All prices are in £ sterling and are exclusive of delivery. If we are unable to fulfil your order a refund for the unavailable item(s) will be given.
Returns
If your items arrive damaged in transit or are faulty; please inform us via email within 3 working days of receiving your order. We will either arrange a replacement or a refund; we will then ask you to return the faulty item by second class post. The postage cost for sending back your item will be refunded and any replacement will be sent with no further postage charge.
Privacy
Under no circumstances will your email address or contact details be sold, distributed or used for unsolicited emails. We will only use your details for correspondence from Pure Anada UK relating either to your account or to an order that you have placed.
